Full-Time Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Reporting to the Communications Manager and in collaboration with the

marketing, the Marketing Coordinatorsupports company-wide marketing initiatives

with the aim of growing relevant audiences and increasing brand recognition

through effective social media presence, website management, online

advertising, digital campaigning, content creation and search engine

optimization.

  • Assists with creating content for client communications across digital

and mobile channels (email, SMS, mobile app, IVR)

  • Review and manage editorial and award calendars — identify which

opportunities we are going to pursue, identify subject matter experts and

interview and then prepare submission for publication review and then

highlight win/award for TRC.

  • Write, review, schedule/post and track all social media posts
  • Develop a social calendar in collaboration with the Senior Marketing

Manager

  • Evaluate and set, create processes and new ways for PR and Marketing

department

  • Handle trade show deliverables, logistics, hotel reservations, etc.
  • Work with marketing and Project Managers to prepare materials, including

qualifications, brochures, presentations, newsletters, proposals, award

submittals, announcements and reports

  • Proactively communicate approaching deadlines and advise on data or

creative issues

  • Perform day-to-day email marketing activities, such as setting up,

scheduling, testing, tagging, and deploying one-time, recurring,

triggered, and dynamic campaigns

  • Manage meeting accounts — Zoom Info, etc.
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in marketing or

a related field

  • 3+ years of prior experience in the marketing, public relations (PR)

field is preferred with experience in social media marketing

  • Experience in Social Media/Content management such as, Linked In, Hub

Spot, Meltwater, Pardot

  • Support marketing of virtual and in-person events
  • Ability to be agile, responsive, and customer focused
  • A creative problem solver with exceptional project management skills
  • Demonstrable success in deploying targeted marketing campaigns via

mainstream social medical

  • Relevant experience developing content and communicating to internal and

external audiences.

  • Ability to build successful functional relationships within the

organization

  • Experience in writing and editing various communications
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and make independent decisions critical

to job success

  • Quick self-starter, team-oriented and able to work with different

personalities and professional styles

  • Previous experience in the A/E industry strongly desired
